Natural healing energy is flowing through us all the time if we are ready to activate this power. Yoga, Tai chi, Qi gong and Reiki are all examples of activities where we can open our channels to allow this life force to flow through us.

Watch where you naturally place your hands on your body, this is usually where there is an energetic block in your system. Take off all jewellery, wash your hands with soap, loosen tight clothing and remove belts/ties/shoes. Listen to relaxing meditative music. Cleanse your energy by dusting each part of your body with your hands or light Palo Santo and spread it around your body. Close your fingers and intuitively rest wherever you feel guided to. There are no mistakes. Keep your hand on the area for about 5-10 minutes or for as long as you feel.

Avoid high or low energy places after opening up your chakras as you may pick up unwanted energies. Spend time alone or with really good energy positive people after a self-healing session.
